💸 Refund Policy

We aim to ensure every custom order and renovation project meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of made-to-order and construction services, refunds are subject to the following terms:

  • Deposit payments are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced.

  • If cancellation occurs before production begins, partial refunds may be considered based on actual cost incurred.

  • Any refund (if approved) will be processed within 14 working days.

  • Custom products and renovation works are non-refundable once delivered or installed unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.


🛠️ Warranty Policy

We offer a warranty for workmanship and materials provided under our scope of service:

  • Coverage Period: 24 months from the date of completion

  • Scope of Warranty:

    • Structural defects in installed furniture or renovation work

    • Workmanship flaws due to MNR installation

  • Warranty Excludes:

    • Wear and tear, misuse, or modification by third parties

    • Damage caused by water leakage, humidity, pests, or external accidents

    • Alteration, relocation, or tampering by the client or third party

  • Claim Process:

    • Report via WhatsApp or email with photos/videos

    • Inspection arranged within 7–14 days


🚚 Shipping & Installation Policy

We provide delivery and on-site installation for projects and products as follows:

  • Coverage Area: Kelantan and selected locations in Peninsular Malaysia (subject to discussion)

  • Delivery Timeline: 2–3 weeks after deposit confirmation (depending on work scope and material lead time)

  • Delivery Method: By in-house team or verified logistics partners

  • Customer Responsibilities:

    • Ensure access to site (clear pathway, permission from building management)

    • Ensure space is ready for installation upon delivery date

  • Delays:

    • MNR is not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, supply chain issues, or force majeure
